You can schedule our porch decorating service by filling out our contact form on our book a package page Once submitted, we will send you an invoice and contact you for schedule date within 24 hours.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver within 20 miles of [your location] at no additional cost. For locations beyond 20 miles, a small delivery fee will apply. Please reach out for an exact rate based on your distance.
Do I get to keep the decorations?
All pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and natural elements are yours to keep. Add-ons such as lanterns, crates, and specialty décor pieces are seasonal rentals — we’ll pick those up at the end of the season.
How long does installation take?
Most setups take about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the size of your package. We’ll confirm a time window with you after booking.
Can I customize my package?
Yes! Each package is designed for balance and fullness, but you can add mums, pumpkins, or specialty décor items to make it your own. Just let us know when you book.
When do you pick up the rentals?
We’ll reach out to schedule a convenient pickup time once the season is over (typically mid-November for fall and early January for Christmas).
Do I need to be home during setup or delivery?
Nope! As long as we have clear access to your porch or entryway, we can deliver and set up without you being home.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early — especially for fall and holiday seasons — since we work with fresh products and availability is limited.
